At Hariomsewadal, we believe in bringing to light issues that are typically overlooked. Today, we'd like to discuss the link of mental health issues and homelessness, a quiet catastrophe affecting many people in our community.

The Reality:

Many people with mental health difficulties become homeless due to a lack of support systems.

Homelessness can exacerbate pre-existing mental health issues or cause new ones.

There is a severe shortage of facilities capable of handling this combined problem.

Our Approach at the Sahara Ashram:

Comprehensive Care: We offer housing, food, medical care, and mental health services all under one roof.

Dignity First: Our approach focuses on restoring and protecting each individual's dignity.

Safety and Security: With 24-hour surveillance and a devoted team, we provide a safe atmosphere for all residents.

Rehabilitation Focus: We strive to assist clients regain independence whenever possible.

Community Involvement: We promote community involvement to remove stigma and boost support.

How You Can Help:

Volunteer: Your time and abilities can have a huge impact.

Donate: Every contribution, large or small, allows us to continue our work.

Help us break the stigma associated with mental health and homelessness.

Remember that mental health and homelessness may affect everyone. By supporting programs like Sahara Ashram, we are not only helping individuals, but also creating a more compassionate and inclusive society for all.
